Great video Dave. I personally have a different list of difficult games but
I think we can all agree with Ghouls and Ghosts. That game was
excruciatingly hard. Keep up the great work buddy!

Play Catherine on hard mode and you will see the horror which is Catherine.
lol u will die.

Super Ghouls and Ghosts was such an annoyance compared to Ghosts and
Goblins it was great however playing the game 2 times with doing a no
damage run in the last level nearly broke my SNES.

Dave have you played Contra. If you get hit once you are dead! Even the
Konami code can’t save you.

“The Hardest Game Ever 2″
February 10, 2015 at 5:44 pm
Haha Ghouls and Ghosts, I remember that, hated that game was so
February 10, 2015 at 6:08 pm
I think it’s easier to make a hard game and make you play longer by keeping
you dead all the time. It’s much harder (and better) to make a game where
your skills reward you but mistakes or slower button mashing don’t hurt you

Ghouls ‘n’ Ghosts, it took me forever to get past the second level as I
kept getting killed by the jumping heads, over and over. I only ever
completed the game once on the Amstrad CPC version. Two more hard games I
Diablo 2 LOD Hardcore single player mode: Getting to the point where you
(and you successfully) kill Baal on Hell mode in Diablo 2 Lord of
Destruction on single player in hardcore mode. One of the harder parts is
killing Duriel in any mode and getting out alive since you’re confined to a
small area when battling him and he could easily kill you if you don’t
watch out. The farthest I got on this mode was the start of act 1 in
Nightmare mode and got killed by a zombie in the den of evil.
Burnin’ Rubber: http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Burnin%27_Rubber A racing
game that came on a cartridge on the Amstrad GX4000, 6128 ans 6128+
computers. Its quite difficult to win the race without running out of time
before getting to the end, or the game crashing at some point and you
having to restart from the beginning. I have only ever completed the game
once out of the many times I have played it.

these are all pretty good choices, although i have to say that the Sims
Busting Out was bloody hard and i am yet to find anyone who completed the
entire story of getting 10 promotions, another for me would be crash
bandicoot for the PS1.. that was a hard game, classics were the best… oh
and james bond nightfire… damn that game..

If you think those are hard, you should try Takeshi’s Challenge.
